THC stands for The Hardcore Contest.

Like most of "Jackass" contests, there are some tasks to perform (not a lot, but with precise rules), and teams can submit individual videos by email or FTP on my dedicated server so I can host theme here.
No special video editing is needed, you can send "raw" clips and spend more time on the tasks than on editing !

THC Phase 1 was running from January 2nd, 2005 to May 31th, 2005.

Phase 2 was the second life of THC, from June 1st, 2005 till end of march 2006, because many teams haven't been able to participate to THC - Phase 1 because of the "Face-Off" and "The Hunt 3".

THC 2007 and 2008 is now the "permanent" version of THC, starting on April 1st, 2006 and lasting forever !

THC website will remain online, so everyone can keep sending videos and propose new tasks. From now on, visitors can rate the videos, and the highscores are based on the visitors votes.

All you can win is the respect of all the other teams competiting and people visiting this website , but a price may be granted to the winner at the end, if enough teams participate to the current season !

Well I'm not a member of any team, I'm just a real fan of most of the teams I've seen over the Internet, and I was thinking it would be a good idea to keep you entertained during the winter, give you some "work", and check how good you are on some special hardcore tasks (either stupid or painful, but always daring)

In fact most of the tasks are dares I did with friends of mine 10 years ago (I'm 25yo now). We did so to have fun, but also to "compete" between us and check who would do the most daring stuff. Never disgusting, but always daring, either in a painful or mental way (mostly painful I guess ).

Of course I'm NOT AT ALL trying to do as well as a great event like "The Hunt" or "the Face-Off", but I'm just doing my best to set up a (kind of) "serious" competition between any team that wants to join. THC is a kind of diary of stupid (but precise) painful tasks... and we will see what Team is the best at it
